Our services

BuzzRay provides predictive-marketing and creator-campaign services, including the information, estimators, and scheduling tools available on our website. Tools such as the ROI Estimator provide modeled estimates for illustration only — they are not a guarantee of results, revenue, or performance. Actual outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Accounts

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable use

When using our services, you agree not to:

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuzzRay and Withunni will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Withunni is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
